Focul trebuie sa fie la minim. Amesteca cu o spatula de silicon pana se topesc toate ingredientele. Indeparteaza craticioara de pe foc, imparte crema in 2 parti egale si lasa la racit. Intr-un castron pune 380ml lapte caldut, o lingura de zahar si striveste cu degetele 50g drojdie proaspata. Amesteca cu un tel pana se dizolva drojdia. Lasa 10 minute sa se activeze drojdia. Intr-un castron mare pune 850g faina Dobrogea Cozonac, coaja rasa de la o lamaie, o lingurita rasa de sare si amesteca. Toarna apoi in castron si drojdia activata. Intr-un castron pune 2 oua, 2 galbenusuri, 150g de zahar si 1 lingurita esenta de vanilie. Amesteca bine cu un tel. Toarna in castron peste restul de ingrediente.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #e1a856;\">2.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amesteca cu mainile. Cand faina s-a incorporat, adauga in 2 transe 240g de unt topit si adus la temperatura camerei. Framanta apoi timp de 10-15 minute, pana ce aluatul se desprinde de pe peretii bolului, este elastic si nu se mai lipeste de maini. Lasati aluatul la crescut timp de o ora, acoperit cu folie transparenta, sau prosop curat de bucatarie, intr-un loc caldut. Indeparteaza folia si transfera aluatul pe o masa de lucru pudrata cu faina. Imparte aluatul in 2 parti egale (vom prepara 2 cozonaci). Formeaza din fiecare bucata de aluat cate o foaie cat mai subtire. Foloseste un sucitor. Unge cu crema de ciocolata fiecare foaie de aluat formata anterior. Presara125g de nuca macinata pe fiecare foaie. Ruleaza strans foaia de aluat si sigileaza bine la capete. Taie apoi pe lungime la mijloc.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #e1a856;\">3.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pune partile una peste alta (rasuceste una in jurul celeilalte). Pune cozonacii in tavi tapetate cu hartie de copt. Lasa la crescut 30-40 de minute. Preincalzeste cuptorul. Baga tavile in cuptor si seteaza temperatura de coacere la 180 de grade pentru 50-55 de minute. Scoate cozonacii din cuptor dupa cele 55 minute. Intr-un castronel, amesteca 2 linguri de miere cu o lingura de apa calda si 1 lingura zeama de lamaie. Cu o pensula, unge cozonacii cu sirop cat sunt calzi. Scoate cozonacii din tavi si lasa-i sa se raceasca pe un grilaj. Serveste-i pe cei dragi cu un cozonac pufos si delicios!
