Amesteca cu un tel pentru ca ingredientele sa se dizolve. Lasa10 minute drojdia sa se activeze. Intr-un castron mare pune 400g de faina Dobrogea tip &#8220;000&#8221;. Adauga drojdia activata. Amesteca separat cu un tel &#8211; 4 galbenusuri, un praf de sare si 100g zahar &#8211; pana s-a dizolvat zaharul si adauga compozitia peste faina. Adauga apoi coaja rasa de la o lamaie. Pune 60g unt topit si racit, esenta de vanilie si amesteca imediat cu o lingura de lemn. Framanta cu mainile timp de 5 minute pe un blat uns cu putin ulei. Vei obtine un aluat suplu si nelipicios. Transfera aluatul intr-un castron uns cu ulei. Acopera castronul cu folie transparenta si lasa la crescut 60 minute, intr-un loc caldut, ferit de curenti reci. Scoate aluatul crescut din castron si pune-l pe un blat uns cu putin ulei. Imparte-l in 3 parti egale. Din prima parte formeaza o bila. Intr-o tava de tort (26 cm diametru) tapetata cu hartie de copt pe fund si unsa cu unt pe laterale, aseaza bila formata. Preseaza aluatul cu degetele pana acoperi fundul tavii.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #e1a856;\">2.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Imparte in 3 parti egale fiecare bucata de aluat ramasa. Formeaza 3 bastonate de 40 cm lungime. Uneste la un capat cele 3 bastonase si realizeaza o impletitura simpla. Trasfera impletitura pe marginea tavii rotunde desupra aluatului intins pe fundul tavii. Repeta procesul si pentru ultima bucata de aluat. Uneste impletiturile apasand energic cu degetele. Acopera tava cu un prosop curat si lasa la crescut 60 de minute intr-un loc caldut. Intr-un castron mare pune 700g de branza dulce de vaci stoarsa bine de zer, 4 oua intregi, 150g zahar, 100g stafide hidratate (lasa stafidele in apa aproximativ 20 de min), 50g gris Dobrogea si o lingurita de esenta de vanilie.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #e1a856;\">3.<\/span><\/h1>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amesteca bine pana cand toate ingredientele s-au amestecat si ai obtinut o crema omogena. Pune compozitia in mijlocul impletiturilor cu ajutorul unui polonic, astfel \u00eencat crema sa nu ajunga deasupra impletiturior din aluat. Unge aluatul cu un ou batut, folosind o pensula de bucatarie. Preincalzeste cupotorul, iar apoi pune tava in cupotor si seteaza temperatura de coacere la 160 de grade pentru 60 de minute. Scoate tava din cuptor si lasa 20-30 de minute sa se raceasca. Indeparteaza inelul tavii.
